Not too long ago Ephedra, which was a weight loss pill, was taken off the market because it caused people to have strokes. Although it worked very well, it was considered hazardous to society. What I don't understand, is that Ephedra was harmful to those who took it and was recalled. But Cigarettes, which are even more dangerous not only to consumers but others present, is still being sold around the world. Does this make any sense at all? Some people beleive it is because smoking is a choice. But so is robbing a bank, or pushing someone off a building. Almost all crimes are choices. Why is this any different? You tell me. Think about it.....

Alright, alcohol has been around for a Long LOng LONg LONG time. But, we have made beer without alcohol, along with other drinks. Hence the name "virgin." Alcohol leads to many things: alcoholism, reliance etc. Also, it has such a reputation to "make you warmer" and "release your pain and sooth your problems." Well, it actually makes you COLDER and doesn't sooth anything. If we can make alcholic beverages w/o the alchol, then why do we continue to use it? You tell me. Think about it....

Everyday crimes are comitted. Everyday bad things are done to people, and people just watch it happen. They don't do anything at all. Because THEY don't want to get involved. Recently, a man was brutally assaulted on camera in a pizza shop. Everyone either ignored it, or watched. NOTHING HAPPENED. Why is this? If you don't react to something like that, aren't you jsut as bad as the criminal? In a way, your contributing to it. Think about it....
